Get Up & Go Green Smoothie


Yields: 2 servings

Total Time & Difficulty: 5 minutes | Easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut water, or substitute filtered water; chilled

  • 1-2 TBS of protein powder of choice

  • 1 banana

  • 1-2 cups of kale, spinach, or other tasty leafy green; the greener the better :)

  • 2 cups frozen fruit; try organic mixed berries, mangoes, peaches, grapes, oranges, pineapple, etc.

  • optional addition of 1 tsp milled flax seed or 1 TBS nut butter of choice

Place all ingredients into blender in the above order. Blend until desired smoothness.
